Where and What the Stars Are Drinking This Summer

It's summertime and the drinking is easy. From Miami to L.A., Paris to the Hamptons, wherever your vacation (or staycation) lands you, there are great cocktail options. Here are our favorites, found at hotspots across the globe, along with some of the stars with whom you may get to say, "Cheers!"

Served as a signature cocktail at Miami hotspot LIV in the Hotel Fontainbleau is a vodka-based concoction appropriately named "Miami Heat." Even more appropriately, it's been enjoyed by hotties Kim Kardashian, Jessica Lowndes, Lo Bosworth, Heidi Klum and Paris Hilton.

Miami Heat
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. lemon juice
½ tsp. superfine sugar
½ tsp. grenadine syrup

Combine vodka, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice, and serve.

Okay, so it's not your house, but the Hollywood hangout MyHouse is the see-and-be-seen spot on the West Coast. The bar there is literally spicing things up – serving up a drink called Citrus Spice to Rihanna, Chris Evans, Vanessa Minillo and Avril Lavigne.

Citrus Spice
2 oz. Corzo Tequila
1 oz. Agave nectar
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Diced Serrano chili
Grapefruit twist

Stir all ingredients together and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

You'd expect juicy things to be flowing in Sin City, and they are! Last weekend, lovebirds Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy were snapped enjoying LAVO's Pomegranate Lemonada (and each other, of course).

Pomegranate Lemonada
1.5 oz. Bacardi Limon
.5 oz. Pom Wonderful
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. Club Soda

Combine Bacardi Limon, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Pom in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and then top with club soda. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Feel like a kid again – and hope dad is paying – when enjoying the hot summer sensation in Paris. A $36 frozen martini-on-a-stick created by Hotel Plaza Athénée bar director Thierry Hernandez comes in four delicious, colorful flavors: the Cosmopolitan, Bellini, Pina Colada and (the raging bestseller) Green Apple Martini. Each contains the same flavor and proof as a regular cocktail, but has a secret ingredient.

In the past few weeks alone, The Hangover's Bradley Cooper and Justin Bartha, U2 and Keanu Reeves have been in to imbibe on what may just be the world's most expensive Popsicle! While the "Fashion Ice" recipe remains guarded, it's no secret the bar's other most requested summer creation is their Black Mojito.

Black Mojito
10 fresh mint leaves
6 fresh blackberries
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. crystal sugar
½ oz. lemon juice
1 fresh lime
½ oz. blackberry liquor
½ oz. raspberry liquor
1 oz. Black vodka
1 oz. soda water
garnish

After doing battle for train seats or with the traffic on the two-hour trek from New York City to the Hamptons, you definitely deserve a drink! Once past the velvet ropes at AXE Lounge, where so far this season Lindsay Lohan, Entourage's Kevin Connelly and Kellan Lutz have partied, try the "Summer Eclipse."

Find out what Brazilians already know about the potent spirit called cachaça. You'll forget about the ride in no time!

AXE Summer Eclipse
2 oz. Cabana Cachaça
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Strawberry Puree
Club soda

Combine equal parts of Cabana Cachaça, pineapple juice and strawberry puree into a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and pour all contents into a rocks glass. Add a splash of club soda, enjoy!
