No. 10: Dave Hakstol
As the University of North Dakota hockey team's head coach, Dave Hakstol is under a lot more pressure than your average college hockey coach. Most college hockey coaches wouldn't even think of doing something like this because their main goal is to slip under everyone's radar and keep cashing that paycheck, as small as it may be.
Hakstol has the unfortunate task of coaching at a school that actually cares about hockey, so it wasn't surprising that the intense scrutiny finally got to him as he flipped of the ref after discussing a penalty.
No. 9: Sean Williams
Players can get intense during a game, which can ultimately carry over after the game. However, it's hard to believe that anybody could get super intense after a Rookie-Sophomore game at All-Star Weekend.
Yet, there was Williams, thrusting his way into the handshake line to give an unknown player of piece of his mind. It's a good thing that it was the Rookie-Sophomore game, too, because that meant only about 17 people on the planet were paying attention.
Hard to imagine that this would come from Williams. He was such a nice young man in college.
No. 8: Kimi Raikkonen
He may be giving the thumbs up in this picture, but on the racetrack Raikkonen has been caught flashing a different digit.
We've all had road rage, and Formula One drivers are no different. You can see in the video below how he speeds by another driver and lets him have it. Bonus points for using the opposite hand for emphasis.
I'd like to think it was in retaliation for getting cut off or something, but most likely the other driver made fun of him for having a girl's name.
No. 7: Joe Nedney
At some point in your life, you've come across the "discreet" middle finger. Basically, it's scratching some part of your body with your middle finger so that all can see.
Niners kicker Joe Nedney finally got tired of being heckled by some drunk idiot in the stands and retaliated with a "subtle" bird. The only problem is this is not subtle or discreet, and Nedney ended up getting fined a cool $7,500 for that little itch on the back of his head.
No. 6: Ochocinco's Buddy
Chad Ochocinco, the king of touchdown celebrations, planned one of the funniest in recent memory when he secured endzone seats for some friendly fans in Green Bay and sought them out to do his own Lambeau Leap.
Whether this was one of Chad's placed friends not brave enough to wear Bengals gear or just an upset Packers fan, one guy saw his moment when No. 85 came diving into the stands and, to the chagrin of every major news outlet, flipped off the camera for the entire Lambeau Leap.
No. 5: Mike Ditka
Here's how you'll know that you've made it in life—when you autograph a picture of yourself flipping off a camera.
Just further proof that Mike Ditka is the man.
No. 4: Michael Vick
Back in 2006, Atlanta fans decided to let Vick know they were none to happy with yet another game where he threw for less than 100 yards. Vick responded by showering his own fans with the middle finger.
I can understand flipping off opposing fans or even opposing players, but it takes a certain kind of cajones to do it to your own fan base, especially after you played a game where you deserved to be booed.
In Vick's defense, his prized pit bull lost the night before, so he was in an extra bad mood.
No. 3: Jack McDowell
If you've spent any amount of time in New York, you've probably had someone yell at you, curse at you, or just give you the finger. And that's just one person.
When Jack McDowell came off the mound after a game in 1995, he had about 20,000 fans giving it to him. So the man nicknamed "Black Jack" gave it right back to them.
Vick did it in the tunnel, but McDowell did it in the middle of the stadium. Now that's ballsy.
No. 2: Joe Glenn
Wyoming coach John Glenn went out on a limb in 2007 by guaranteeing victory over Utah. Apparently the Utes didn't find that very amusing, so they decided to hang up a 50-0 beating on Wyoming.
But that's not why Mr. Glenn is giving them the California Howdy. With Utah up 43-0 in the third quarter, Utah went for an onside kick. That's just rubbing it in, which is what brought out Glenn's own act of sportsmanship.

No. 1: Bud Adams
I know it's the newest example, but I just love the thought of this harmless looking old man giving the other team the finger.
And not just once, but over and over with both hands. Seriously, the only thing funnier than someone flipping the bird is when old people do it.
